WOW, I am so proud of your students! As I walk through the halls I can hear prayers being chanted, hebrew games being played, and during T’filah students are following along and participating!
Miss Chocolate kosher for Passover Barton candy fundraiser envelopes went home today. This is a wonderful opportunity for our youngest community members, your children, to participate in the efforts to support the Temple and their learning. Orders can be taken in two ways:
- Complete the order form, collect payment, and turn in completed form by February 24th. These orders will be delivered to the Temple for you to pick up and deliver to your customer.
- Visit the online store at www.misschocolate.com, these payments are made through the site and these orders will delivered directly to the customer. Our school ID#703550.
Order forms are due back to me on February 24th. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
Next Monday, February 10th at 5:15pm is the next All School T’filah, I hope to see you there!
I am looking forward to spending Shabbat with you this Friday at 4pm. Thank you to the JJA for their partnership and generosity in helping to create a meaningful TuBishvat experience. This week’s program will focus on the importance of taking care of the earth’s plants, animals and water. Please remember that welcoming Shabbat together, as a community is an important part of the Shabbat Chai curriculum. Our families with young children, I encourage you to feel comfortable participating for as long as you can. Our 3-7th grade students are provided dinner, to insure full participation. Supervision is provided.
Wishing everyone a wonderful week,
